Team Leader Solution Architect (IT)

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Translate Business Requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created to solve an identified business problem
2. Define the end-to-end solution architecture for a project and ensures the detailed design and development remains consistent with the overall architecture of the project and aligned with Bank Mandiri Enterprise Architecture
3. Provides business analysis and documents process design of system functions and processes as identified in the Business Architecture and participates in assessment of solutions needs consistent with the global business strategies (RFIs, RFPs)
4. Supervises and ensures quality delivery of the analysis, design, and build of the application, hardware, network, and common software platform components of software releases with the development team

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
• At least 8-10 year(s) relevant working experience in IT Architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical thinking, able to identify the real issue and able to look for variation of problem solving strategy
• Good understanding and communication in English is required (both verbal and written)

Project Monitoring & Control Manager (IT)

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Head of PMC to do all the project conflict resolution, tracking & reporting, invoice processing and budget tracking
2. Supporting Head of PMC to Monitor and Coordinate all project deliverable to comply with bank Standards and Ensure the Project Management comply with Bank Standards

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies / Management or equivalent
• At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in IT Project Management, especially as a PMC to monitor, tracking, control & report the status of the projects, budget tracking.
• Having experience in several IT Projects as a project team member or PMO Staff
• Have a good command in English
• Hands on in Office application

Department Head Project Monitoring & Control -IT

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the department for doing all the project conflict resolution, tracking & reporting, invoice processing and budget tracking
2. Monitor and Coordinate all project deliverable to comply with bank Standards and Ensure the Project Management comply with Bank Standards
3. Review all project progress and recommend appropriate actions to respective parties
4. Manage & coordinate the group wide budget, external resources and performance indicator

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
• At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in IT Project Management, especially as a PMC to monitor, tracking, control & report the status of the projects, budget tracking and conflict resolution
• Having experience in leading several IT Projects as Project Manager or PMO
• Knowledgeable of business process in Banking or Financial Institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English (Active).

Technical Analyst for Information Technology Project

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Provide the proper technical solutions and technical aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services.
2. Oversee the preparation of TSD, SIT Plan, Training Plan, Rollout Plan and related end-user documents and the sign-off.
3. Assist the PM to coordinate with the technical team to ensure all tasks assigned are completed to milestone defined.

Requirements:

• Have Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies / Management or equivalent
• At least 4 - 6 year(s) of working experience as Technical Analyst/ System Analyst
• Having experience in handling Technical Aspects related to IT projects
• Applications and configurations with technical skills, good understanding of business processes
• Provide technical solutions and communicate the user requirement to developer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English (Active)
