The shareholders of Bank BJB consist of West Java Provincial Goverment 38,26%, Banten Provincial Goverment with 5,37%, West Java Municipal Goverment with 23,61%, Banten Municipal Goverment 7.76% and Public with 25% shares. In 2011, Bank BJB expanding operation to Bali, East Kalimantan, Riau, and South Sulawesi.
