Accounting Staff
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To reconcile banks collection form Cash & Transfer type of payment (including Branch Servicing Tools - BST)
• Perform Daily reconciliation of Cash & Transfer Collection against daily bank statement (including BST Cash & Credit Card)
• Prepare journal entries for cash & credit card collection
• Prepare manual collection entries for Life Protector Citibank & Credit Life Product
• To control cash collection receipt report and ensure the collection inputed in Ingenium already booked in Accounting (Sun System)
• Query Branch Servicing Tools (BST) & Cash Receipt detail (in daily basis)
• Maintain the un-indentified collection (UBC) list
• Maintain BST Suspense List.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Good knowledge of Life Insurance related system (Ingenium) and its subsystem
2. Good knowledge of Accounting System (Sun System )
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
4. Basic Life Insurance knowledge
5. Fresh graduate welcome to apply
