Site Development Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop research & analysis in order to identify new store location
2. Create lease agreement
3. Negotiation with landlord
4. Prepare timetable, checklist, and handover process

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Min.2 years experience as Site Expansion Officer/Property Analyst/Business Development Offiver/Planner/Marketing Officer in property consultant.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skill, and have wide networks.
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci.

Training Specialist (Junior Manager Level)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing training program for Supervisor – Manager level both Store Operation and Head Office, organizing and executing the training program activities within Matahari to develop employee's competencies align with company strategy

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 40 years old, min Bachelor Degree with GPA>2.75.
• Min 5 years solid experiences in training.
• Having experiences in creating training need analysis and training modules
• Experienced in delivering training for managerial level
• Skillful in evaluating training
• Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for creating the concept and design lay out for stores (new store & renovation)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
• Minimum 1 year experience as in related field
• Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
• Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
• Good knowledge of signage and fixtures, good sense of art.
• Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

HR & GA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, training, personnel administration & payroll, industrial relation, employee relation, general affair.
2. Establish & maintain good relationship with external party such as schools & governmental institution

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management
• Experience in the same field would be preferable
• Strong & leadership potential, Strong analytical, and interpersonal skill
• Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift

• Male / Female, max 40 Years old
• Min. 5 years experiences handling site expansion in retail/property consultant/ banking.
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
