Receptionist

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Handling incoming/outgoing telephone, and company’s guests
2. Represents the company image as the front office stage
3. Handling administration activities such as correspondence and other documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 Degree in any discipline
• Fluent English in both oral & written is preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential, as well as ability to work under pressure
• Attractive and good physical appearance
• Highly motivated and discipline, honest, pleasant personality and good health

Administration Staff

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in administrative works and others works related to handle and serve our customer needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Have minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in general insurance industry.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written and have strong drive to succeed.
• Familiar with MS Office (advance in Excel and Power Point)
• Good analytical thinking and customer focus.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Willing to be work as temporary employee.

Communications Designer

Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, design and release marketing materials (Flyers, Brochures, Banners, Newsletter, Memorandum, Invitation, etc) as planned and as requested.
2. Proactively work with Agency & Branch Head, Trainers, Campaign Managers, and Agency Managers in getting information/materials for the communications
3. Update and upload information on weekly basis to MyChartis Portal, as well as communicating with IT for triton upload
4. Blast E-mail and SMS for any updates required to be release
5. Maintain Agent Wall to become updated and attractive, in all offices

Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree from Design background
• Min. 2 years experience as Communications Designer in Insurance or Financial industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Good communication in English
• Nice and mature personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
• Can do attitude and positive thinking and Computer literate
• Willing to work under contractual agreement

Management Associate

Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree from any Major with GPA/IPK minimum 3.00 (scale of 4) from reputable universities
• Maximum 25 year old
• Applicants should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Has a record of activities in campus or out of campus organizations
• Have leadership skills, be self-motivated and willing to work hard, be proactive
• Fluent in oral and written English.
