PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a reputable state-owned (BUMN) airlines company in Indonesia. Garuda Indonesia operated since in 1949 and at its first establishement operated 1 fleet, Dakota DC-3. In 1950, the Company supported by 38 fleets and currently Garuda Indonesia operated 87 fleets with average age 6.5 years. The Company's fleets consist of 3 units of Boeing 747-400, 6 fleets of Airbus 330-300, 7 units of Airbus 330-200 and 17 units of Boeing 737 Classic (series 300, 400, 500), 51 units of Boeing 737-800 NG and also 3 fleets Airbus 320. Based on Garuda Indonesia Annual Report 2011, operating revenues of Garuda Indonesia in 2011 increased 39.1% and operating income increased to Rp1,012 billion.
