Cost Controller
Work Location: Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
  • To control the activity of cost operation in branch batam,
  • To manage budget finance in branch batam.
  • To monitor and provide financial progress of projects.
  • To monitor and provide financial information related to company operations
  • Ensuring all activity cost operation comply with company regulation
  • Willing to be placed in Batam
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years experiences as Cost Controller in similar industry or manufacturing.
  2. Preferably having experience or knowledge in business or project cost control or plant control.
  3. Excellent analytical and communication skill.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
  5. Have good communication skills(English and Bahasa).
  6. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  7. Required language(s): English
  8. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

ISO Implementation (Instructor)
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that processes needed to the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Report to Management Representative on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
  • Have good communication skills

Requirements:
  1. Male/Female, age between 27-35 years old.
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  3. Have minimum 2 (two) years work experience in same position.
  4. Experiencing in QMS or auditing field is preferable.

Financial Controller
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Report and responsible to General Manager.
  • Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s accounting & finance.
  • Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
  • Responsible for all revenues receive and dispersed in all departments under direct supervision. Supervise the closing of books at the financial month/year end. Review the cost and revenue structure to improve them.
  • Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and that group policies are followed.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining complex and detailed financial models to evaluate cash flows
  • Strongly to maintain and control all AR / AP.
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of financial reports.
  • Investigates questionable data.
Requirements:
  1. Male / Female, 28 – 40 years old
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  3. Accounting / financial background with a minimum of 3 (three) years experience as Financial Controller, preferably from oil & Gas Industry
  4. Familiar with MS Office program / accounting system.
  5. Good interpersonal, coordination and reporting skills
  6. Good work ethics and attitude
  7. Must be aggressive, analytical and have good problem solving skills

General Manager
Work Location: Jakarta, Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
  • Designing, Operation and Maintenance business process company.
  • To lead the team in achieving the Company annual production target.
  • To prepare annual budget both CAPEX and OPEX and to ensure the operations within the approved budget.
  • To formulate Standard Operation Procedure for all operation aspect.
  • To ensure the total compliance of safety for equipments under his control.
  • To focus on the best operations at minimum cost.
  • To ensure the best operators are available by means of deployment, training, ect
  • To utilize engineers and mechanics in the project to achieve the desired goal.
  • To be conversant with the labor law as applicable.
Requirements:

  3. Should have about 15 years of experience in O&M of large multinational company with a minimum of 3 – 4 years as the O&M Head in Managerial.

  8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.

Requirements:
  1. Female, min Diploma Degree, Abacus and IATA Certificate.
  2. Have certificates Basic Reservation System from Garuda Indonesia is preferred.
