Requirements:

• ANT III certified (Nautical Expert III)
• 2 sheets of 3x4, and 2 sheets of 4x6 color photograph (with blue background)

Perwira Mesin (PM)

Requirements:

• ATT-III/ATT-IV certified (Engineering Expert III/IV)
• 2 sheets of 3x4, and 2 sheets of 4x6 color photograph (with red background)

General Requirements

1. Male, with max age 29 years old (per 31 December 2012)
2. Having a complete sailor requirements
3. Copy of ID Card and Family Card (KK)
4. Have a valid SKCK
5. Have a drug free certificate from state public hospital
6. Have a medical certificate from state public hospital
