Production Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent knowledge to manage mining activities, maintain the effectiveness & efficiency of equipment, managing contractors, monitor and manage mine plan, and review production achievement report.
Development Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent ability in monitor and control drill & blasting process, plan long-term/mid-term/short-term mine plan, monitor the survey data, design mine exploration comply with safet & environment procedures, mine design application literate.
Environment Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Forestry Engineering from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent ability to design and make good program to manage environmental works comply with government regulation, water control management, revegetation, and develop the AMDAL system within the environment.
Safety Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Excellent knowledge in develop safety system & policies to implement a safe environment, conduct safety program to educate all parties to aware about safety issues
  5. Monitor & evaluate the implementation of safety procedures
  6. Managing the implementation of K3L, training K3L, IBPR / JSA, and conduct investigation process needed and based on safety procedures
Human Resources Supervisor

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 30 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration from reputable university
  3. Min. 5 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent understanding about labour law, monitor and review payroll process, compensation & benefits
  5. Monitor & administering expatriate's matters and legal documents
  6. Having experience in the same fields, good understanding in human capital system & plan
Human Resources Development Supervisor

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 30 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration from reputable university
  3. Min. 5 years experience in related fields

Requirements:

  2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Tax from reputable university
  3. Min. 5 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent practices in monitoring all taxation process, evaluate and identify payment process
  5. Review consolidated financial reports among branch offices and monitor company assets management
  6. Managing external & internal audit
  7. Excellent comprehension in tax regulation, mining law, IFRS, and PSAK.
Logistics Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Having excellent knowledge in monitoring & controlling export imprt process, review & monitor custom clearance
  5. Good understanding in inventory management and customs regulations
  6. Preferably having work experience in the same fields
Legal Assistant Manager

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of age 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
  3. Min. 10 years experience in related fields
  4. Having good knowledge in compensation policy refering to forest law, legal mind and government regulation
  5. Having good organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills
IT Supervisor

Requirements:
