- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Law/Finance/Psychology)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR particularly industrial relations and employee services/general affairs, as well as generalist role
- Has proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and other related regulations
- Analytical skills and dispute resolution
- Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR regulations, and in the Oil and Gas industry
- Has proficiency in Indonesian manpower, outsourcing laws and other related regulations
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practice
- Fast learner and eager to learning.
- Good negotiation, communication and engagement skills
- Computer Literate, familiarity with excels is a must.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.

- 5 - 15 years experience in oil and gas operations, production engineering, subsurface or completions environment.
- A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum.
- Proficient in nodal analysis and network modelling.
- Proficient with OFM and database management.
- Familiar with well intervention techniques and completion design philosophy.
- Familiar with decline curve analysis.
- Familiar with production optimisation.
- Familiar with gas lift design and operation.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point, email, internet, OFM, Petroleum Experts Suite.
- Language: fluent spoken and written English.

- Minimum BSc in Geoscience or related discipline with with significant industry experience and proven skills.
- MSc in Geoscience is preferred.
- Demonstrated project delivery skills / experience in G&G disciplines

- Additionally, it is preferable that the G&G Team Lead incumbent possess an understanding of some or all of the following areas of evaluation/methodology, enabling management of a multi-disciplinary technical team. For Discipline Team Leads, particular emphasis is important for their disciplines:
- Engineering: Simulation, Drilling operations, Completion operations, Well performance modeling (nodal analysis), Stimulation and artificial lift, Fluid phase behavior and SCAL, Well testing, IOR applications, Petrophysical analysis
- Geology/Geophysics: Formation evaluation / data acquisition, Geophysical data acquisition and interpretation, Static modeling (Petrel), well operations
- Business Principles: Value Navigator, Business economics (inc PEEP), Cost / Budget management, Perspective of the wider organization and business drivers, risk analysis techniques, understanding of PSC's.
