Secretary

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial, Linguistics / Languages, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Excellent command in English both oral and written
  4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in
  5. Secretarial / Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  6. Willing to be placed at Tanjung - Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
  7. Full-Time position(s) available.
Basic Competency Development Coordinator

Requirements:
  1. S1 Management / Business Administration / Engineering (Mining / Mechanical / Electrical / Geology / Geotech / Industrial).
  2. S2 is a plus
  3. Min. 2 years experience in training & development area would be a plus
  4. Min. 1 year in supervisory role (mining or engineering industry is anadvantage)
  5. Curriculum development particularly on professional competency
  6. Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
  7. Able to supervise a number of programs / projects at the same time
  8. Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
  9. Able to deliver training
  10. Able to develop leadership competency training curriculum is a plus
