FINANCE STAFF - A22

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for all SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) process in the company (departements, divisions and branches) such as analyzing user needs, improve existing SOP , and socialize SOP for all user in company.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree from Finance / Accounting major.
  2. Freshgraduate / having 1 or 2 years experiences.
  3. Having good interpersonal and communication skill.
MT AUDIT - A22

Responsibilities:
  • Auditor - Management Trainee is a development program in auditing field which certified by audit competencies, that in line with the objective of Internal Audit Astra Group (operational audit, financial audit and IT audit). You will be develop become a credible Auditor which certified by audit competencies through variety programs in class and on the job training within 12 months of the program (basic ASTRA values and business process, basic finance, accounting and tax, basic auditing, general IT auditor, and various soft skill training). You will be prepared and trained to be our future leader in Internal Audit division in variety companies of Astra Group.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree from Accounting, Management, Industrial engineering, or IT.
  2. Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work.
  3. Proficient in English both written and speaking.
  4. Highly self motivated, self confidence, good communication, and willingness to learn.
  5. Actively involved in organizational activities.
ACCOUNTING STAFF - A22

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management.
  • As a Finance / Accounting Officer, you will be posted in our business industries (automotive, sales operation, heavy equipment, financial services and agribusiness) in one of these functions : Accounting, Tax, Risk Management, Audit, Administration Head, Budget, Accounting Systems and Procedures
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree from Finance / Accounting, mastering accounting and auditing principle
  2. Actively involve in organizational activities
  3. Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage
  4. Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
HR ANALYST - A22

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for to manage all HR activities such as managing Organizations Development, employees fulfillment, People Development, Performance & Reward Management, Termination Management, and Industrial Relation Management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree from Psychology.
  2. Actively involve in organizational activities.
  3. Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Customer oriented.
MT HUMAN RESOURCES - A22

Responsibilities:
  • As a Human Resources Officer you will be responsible in the area of People Evaluation, Recruitment, People Development and HR system to optimize the Organization's Effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to involve in Labour Management. To become a great HR Officer, you must have an excellent interpersonal skill and passion in Human Resource, not only to interact with people in the organization, but also to develop them.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree form Any Major.
  2. Fresh graduate or max. 1 year of experience.
  3. Passionate in Human Resources / People Development.
  4. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill.
  5. Proactive and eager to learn.
  6. Actively involve in campus organization activities.
