PT. Sulzer Turbo Services Indonesia, a European company established in Indonesia for over 17 years, as one of the world’s most comprehensive independent providers of repair, overhaul and maintenance services for rotating equipment (gas & steam turbines, compressors, generators, motors and pumps), either in a workshop environment or at a Customers site.

To fulfill our present vacancy and to strengthen our Project Team, we are looking for:

Project Engineer
Work Location: Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years experience in rotating equipments business activities
• Experiences in handling sales project survey/ inspection and provide supporting technical data for sales dealing with customers in oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry, power plant, fertilizer plant, engineering services, heavy industries or similar.
• Experience in handling customer care, and project documentation for sales.
• Having good contacts with Government Office and Private Sectors especially for handling bidding procedures

Requirements:

1. Male / Female
2. Having engineering or equivalent degree, you have acquired at least 3 years experience responsible for the related position.
3. Preferably having experiences in the rotating equipments field such as: gas/steam turbines, pumps, compressors.
4. New graduate engineers with GPA no less than 3.00 out of 4.00 from reputable universities/ engineering institutes are welcome.
5. Willing to relocate and work at Cikampek/ Purwakarta, West Java
6. Familiar with ISO 9001 – 2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and implementation.
7. Good English communication

10. Ability to create and maintain good communication with customers.
11. Fluent in English (oral & written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
12. Willing to work in / relocate to Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia

Machining Supervisor
Work Location: Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
Your Job :

• Manage daily operation in the machining department.
• Support availability of the workforces to undertake jobs in the shop and field services
• Inspect and approves each immediate step of job progress.
• Responsible for keeping all machines and accessory tools in good working order and reporting accurately problems that arises to be corrected.
• Any other responsibility assigned to the machinist supervisor to support the company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for ordering or replacing tooling as required.
• Responsible for insuring that the accessory tools such as centering tools, steady rest and tool post grinders are used properly when required.
• Insures that each employee is trained and experienced in reading and understanding the 9. manufacturing drawings.
• Guide employees to apply proper machining process to achieve safe and efficient completion of the parts.
• Responsible and reports to Production Manager.

Requirements:
Your Profile :

1. Engineering degree or college graduation (S1 or D3)
2. At least 5 years working experiences as Supervisor in handling repair works and manufacture the parts require for gas/ steam turbine, compressors, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
3. Having practical experiences in operation of machining equipments and related machine tools for the CNC, lathe machine and milling.
4. Preferably having experiences with companies background in oil and gas, petrochemical industry, power plant, fertilizer plant, engineering services, heavy industries or other similar.
5. Familiar with turbine machineries and rotating equipments repair and services activities

General requirements :

• Ready to work extra time and be flexible to suit the production work load requirement.
• Familiar with Safety & Health Awareness, Hygiene Awareness, Fire Fighting & Hydrant PPE
• Familiar with ISO 9001 – 2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and implementation.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written) and computer literacy
• Good team work
• Ability to create and maintain good communication with stakeholders
• Willing to work in / relocate to Purwakarta / Cikampek, West Java, Indonesia
