Company has take over business licenses as broker-dealer, underwriter, and investment manager from PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk, which formally holds the majority stocks of the company. Engaged in financial services business, Bhakti Capital is one of subsidiaries of Bhakti Investama Group which diversified its business scope ranging from mass media, financial services, to primary energy resources such as oil/gas and coal.

In running its brokerage business, we have always offered best products and services to its business partners. Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and increase trading with existing house accounts and proactively prospect for new trading clients.
• Facilitate the sell or buy orders in the marketplace (online trading).
• To lead the Marketing & Sales team, building, motivating, training and giving support to the team member in order to achieve target.
• Providing sales report accurately in daily and monthly
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, while traders should have good quantitative skills and the ability to withstand high stress situations.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
2. Has WPPE license is a must
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing & sales at Securites Company or the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Securities Company, Broker
5. Having own vehicle and good marketing networking & database would be an advantage
6. Success-motivated, target oriented, good leadership, self-disciplined and teamwork oriented
7. Highly energetic and strong personal network
8. Computer literacy
9. Good in English (both oral & written)

Customer Service

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
2. Good appearance and customer friendly
3. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
4. Computer literate
5. Knowing about Complain handling
6. Able to work independently and team work

Marketing Development Program (Code: MDP)

Responsibilities:

• You will be trained to be a successful, accountable marketing people and our future leader. All programs are comply to the valid Capital Market Regulations.
• You will be trained in all marketing division (Online Trading, Retail, Institution, High Net worth, and Fixed Income)

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, max. 28 years old
2. Holds minimum Bachelor degree in any major with min. GPA 2,75
3. Fresh Graduate or have working experience in financial industries would be an advantage
4. Have a strong interest and passion in Sales/Marketing in Capital Market.
5. Good looking, innovative with outgoing personality
6. Good communication skills, target oriented, friendly and honest
7. Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
8. Excellent selling Skills and Networking
9. Willing to work based on targets and achievements, and to be placed on branches when required
