Requirements:

1. Engineering or Agriculture Bachelor or Master graduate from reputable universities with min. GPA 3.00
2. Final semester students and fresh graduates
3. Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
4. Have experience in leadership positions and organizational activities in campus
5. Have good in analytical thinking & leadership capabilities
6. Comfortable working in the tobacco industry
7. High Mobility (both local & internationally)
8. Computer Literate
9. Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java
10. Having previous or currently in a Management Trainee position from a FMCG will be an advantage
