Requirements:

1. Fresh Graduate (bachelor / master degree) from reputable universities
2. Attainment of min 3.50 GPA or Honors
3. Max 1 year of professional working experience
4. A fast learner with outgrowing personality
5. Focused on fostering innovation
6. Independent and enjoy working with challenges
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Award/research/recognition/work published is preferred
9. Actively involved in sports, social and/or music activities
10. Hold leadership roles in organizations or events
11. Able to work effectively with teams
12. Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving abilities
13. Proficiency in English and good in writing skills
14. Knowledge of other language will be an advantage
