Mechanical Finish Mill Team
Work Location: Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Finish Mill Team has responsibility to manage maintenance work off all mechanical machinery and equipment in Finish Mill area and ensure that all equipment well maintained in order to operate safely and with maximum capacity.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma graduate graduated in Mechanical with 1 year experience
  2. Senior Technical High School with 3 years experiences.
  3. Minimum 1 year in current position
  4. Minimum requirement is 3 years in mechanical maintenance in cement industry.
  5. Computer literacy : Microsoft Office, SAP
  6. Good command in English oral and written
  7. Able to read and understand parts and manual book of equipment
  8. Able to read technical drawing
  9. Understand troubleshooting system of equipment
  10. Understand and able to use measurements tool, alignment tool
  11. and diagnostic tools.
Acquisition Support Superintendent
Work Location: Jakarta - Head Office

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain major investor and/or franchisees by promoting the franchise business model and its benefit
  • Select eligible investor as Franchisees through standard assessment base on Holcim Beton’s selection criteria.
  • Ensure the acquisition, realization, and start operation process in accordance with plan and budget.
  • Acquisition Support Superintendent will be a coordinator to get internal support & collaboration for franchise business
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree, major in industrial or business is preferable
  2. Experience: Min. 5 years’ experience, preferably from sales & marketing, businessdevelopment or franchise industry
  3. Computer literacy: MS Office& Internet
  4. Language: Good command in English oral and written, Able to speak in Chinese wil be advantage
Other qualification / skills :
  • Have good sense of business
  • Able to present and sell a business
  • Excellent in communication skill
  • Able to meet and deal with various type of businessman
  • Understanding financial indicator in business
  • Have good knowledge about franchise business model is preferable
  • Have good knowledge and understanding aboutready-mixed& or cement businessis preferable

Operation Support Superintendent
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the realization, start operation, support, and maintenance of new franchise in accordance with the plan and budget
  • Ensure the establishment and sustainability of franchise business base on Holcim Beton’s standard
  • Operation Support Superintendent will be a coordinator to get internal support & collaboration for franchise business
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree, preferable from Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Senior High School (with min.10 years’ experience inReady-mixed Industry)
  2. Experience: Min. 5 years’ experience in Ready-mixedIndustry
  3. Computer literacy: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet & Batching System Command Batch
  4. Language: Good command in English oral and writte
Other qualification / skills:
  • Excellent in communication skill
  • Able to act as Midfield in coordination and collaboration with others cross function
  • Excellent in coaching skill
  • Have advance knowledge of concrete technology
  • Have advance knowledge of concrete production and distribution process in accordance with standard of Holcim Beton & ESH (Environment, Safety & Health)
  • Have good knowledge of computer batching system (commandbatch)
  • Have good sense of business
  • Willing to work mobile
PA TO RMX & Aggregates Director
Work Location: Jakartaa - Head Office

Responsibilities:
  • The main function of the Assistant to RMX & Aggregates Director is to provide assistance support to RMX & Aggregates Director in Managing and Developing RMX & Aggregates Directorate business in Holcim Indonesia through out involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other Directors and Managers for a specific area of concerns. The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing RMX & Aggregates Director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Business Management/Finance would be an advantage
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in middle managerial level
  3. Computer literacy: Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes
  4. Language: Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
