Assistant Secretary (Outsource)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Filing document
• Prepare & collect visa & passport
• Collect and submit Japan club report
• Prepare invitation letter
• Prepare baggage claim document for expatriate

Requirements:

1. Female, Single, age between 22-28 years old.
2. Holding Diploma degree (D3) from reputable university, any major, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Having 1 (one) year experience in the same field (Fresh graduate are welcome for applying).
4. Fluent in English is a must, both spoken and written.
5. Having excellent analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, and good more on accuracy.
6. Have good communication skill, and able to work in team.interpersonal relationship,
7. Computer literate, fast learner, able to work under pressure, available to work overtime, hard working person.
8. Work Location : NMI Plant (Cikampek)
