In addition to hard skills training that is soft skill training courses are also conducted to obtain human resources as a competitive leadership development program, which has been given to almost all leaders of work units ranging from the Branch and Division Leader and Section Leader in the central office.

Training Program Development
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop TNA (Training Need Analysis)
  2. Develop and implement training programs.
  3. Facilitator Training to become a walking program, both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.
  4. Coordinate with other work units or outside parties peruasahaan for training program implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from all majors
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in banking.
  • Interested in training and education activities.
  • Preferred experience and insights in the field of credit / Treasury & International Banking / Operations
  • Communicative, confident and capable of being a facilitator training
  • Ability to work in teams and coordinate the work.
  • Willing to travel out of town.
Marketing Lending - SME
Work Location: Magelang (Central Java)

Responsibilities:
  1. Increase the volume of SME lending, particularly loans in accordance with the provisions and procedures.
  2. Increase significantly the number of SME borrowers according to the targets set.
  3. Keeping collectibility / smoothness and monitor credit installment repayments of principal and interest on the loan in accordance with the target.
  4. Perform correctly in Account Management to help smooth the payment obligation for the debtor and to create customer loyalty by making visits or contact with customers.
  5. Improve service to customers so no complaints from the debtor.
Requirements:
  • Female / Male, Minimum S1 or D3 graduate
  • Appearances must be interesting, at least 160 cm high
  • Willing to work with the target
  • Spirited marketing and has many relations / good customer base, particularly in the area of ​​the city of Magelang and Surrounding Areas
  • Experienced at least 1 year bank loan
Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)
Work Location: West Java

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) from reputable universities with oustanding achievements and minimum GPA 3.00 (S1), 3,25 (S2)
  • Single, maximum 28 years of age
  • Have experiences in campus or other organizational activities
  • Have good analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
  • Proactive, open minded and possess a strong drive for success
  • Good command of English, oral and written
  • Willing to work throughout Indonesia
