Mechanic Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Follow Up Maintenance Schedule
2. Planning and Follow Up Improvement Activity
3. Controlling ISO Document and Implementation
4. Trouble shooting Machine

Requirements:

• Male
• Aggressive, High Motivation and able work under pressure.
• Min. diploma degree of Mechanic.
• Having Experience for Preventive, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manufacture/Production Machine is an advantage.
• Maximum Age 30 Years Old
• Working Area at West Jakarta

Manager Of Finance And Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and administration functions including supervision of accounting staff.
2. Prepare and review annual budget monthly.
3. Prepare monthly financial statements and necessary corporate reporting.
4. Doing tax filing, internal and external audit.
5. Liaise with tax consultants in order to prepare tax reports.
6. Prepare and manage company cash flow
7. Supervise and People Development

Requirements:

• Honest, responsible, loyal and high integrity
• Male/Female, maximum age 45 years old.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same field.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent in English
• Understand Taxes and Accounting Principles.
• Ability to work with high accuracy, detail oriented and strong analytical skill.
• To be placed at West Jakarta Area

Electric Staff

Responsibilities:

4. Monitoring Products Delivery
5. Products Promotion

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Maximum Age 30 Years Old
• Min. Bachelor diploma of any major.
• Highly sales driven, target oriented and independent player.
• Possesses good communication & negotiation skills.
• Having experience in the field of marketing / sales
• Excellent on Compute, Interpersonal & Communication skills

Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Analysis & Comparasion
2. Material / Spare Part Purchase
3. Handling the acceptance of incoming purchase requisition (PR)
4. Searching the vendor with reliable and competitive price
5. Handling daily purchasing administration & Filling Management

Requirements:

• Male / Female max. 30 Year Old
• Aggressive, High Motivation and able work under pressure.
• Excellent on communication & negotiation skills
• Min. diploma degree of Electrical or Mechanical
• Understand Technical Spare part/Machine Part
• Having Experience on Purchasing Department, especially in Spare Part /procurement would be an advantage.
