OHS Officer
Work Location: Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and review of strategy and standard operating procedures Design and review risk profile, hazard identification and risk assessment
  2. Develop and maintain safety, industrial health and environmental procedures Conduct safety talk, committee meeting, inspection at work area of responsibilities and accident investigation
  3. To Arrange safety monthly report, incident statistic, and incident analysis Supervise and conduct safety inspection for all safety equipment on site area
  4. Develop job safety analysis (JSA), risk profile, critical task analysis and environmental management system Provide support to OHS Manager regarding to implementation HSE strategy, standard operating procedures on site area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor / master degree any field with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university or overseas
  • Min. 3 years as OHS preferably at Mining Industry
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline, high Motivation, good leadership, honest and hard worker
  • Willing to join August, and work in site PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama - Kalimantan Tengah with regular leave (5 weeks : 2 weeks)
Environmental Supervisor
Work Location: Kalimantan Tengah

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline, high Motivation, good leadership, honest and hard worker
  • Willing to join August, and work in site PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama - Kalimantan Tengah with regular leave (5 weeks : 2 weeks)
Business Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  1. Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality
  2. Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications
  3. Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement
  4. Provides assistances required to organizations outside of the enterprise to improve internal procedures that may be advantageous to the enterprise
  5. Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations in these areas
  6. Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree from a reputable university (local/overseas) with major in Computer/IT, Finance, Accounting, Material Management or Project Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a big-4 accounting firm, multinational company or a reputable national company with exposure to any of the following area: Finance accounting, Procurement, Asset Management, and Information Technology.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have some degree of experience in ERP Implementation or are users of SAP.
  • Experience in a mining, contract mining or energy company will be an added advantage
  • Ability to effectively communicate with personal at all levels of an organization and across functions is required.
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work in a team, under pressure and independently.
Financial Planning
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the development and reporting performance specifically relating to capital management and strategic performance from the strategic initiatives.
  2. Analyst, identifying business drivers and metrics needed, and reporting monthly, and quarterly performance measures and best practices.
  3. To continuous improvement process in business operations through insightful analysis of performance
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Financial planning
  • Having good knowledge financial reporting, budgeting, Tax laws/planning and management risk.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline, high Motivation, good leadership, honest and hard worker
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Tax and GL Manager
Work Location: Kalimantan Tengah

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible to handle on daily tax calculation, documents and reporting
  2. Manage tax planning & tax report on the schedule, tax audits and represent the company at tax audit, tax objection and tax courts, provide tax advisory to internal business unit and educate stakeholders on the taxation
  3. Assist management in preparing documents, records, and analysis for tax appeal requirement.
  4. Control financial and accounting activities including invoices and payments, general ledger accounting (AP, AR & GL), asset register and depreciation, tax payment and report
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics or equivalent.
  • Having 3 years experiences as a Tax manager, Preferable from Mining / Energy Company
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Having good knowledge financial reporting, budgeting, Tax laws/planning and management risk.
  • Having tax certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Able to work in a team with a very tight deadline, high Motivation, good leadership, honest and hard worker
  • Willing to work in site PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama Kalimantan Tengah with regular leave ( 5 weeks : 2 weeks )
