PT Pertamina (Persero) is the Indonesian biggest state-owned companies (BUMN) in oil and gas sectors. The Company incorporated in 1957 and currently controled the entire oil and gas industry in Indonesia. In 2010, some important accomplishments achieved, among others, total revenue amounted Rp438 trillion, oil production amounted to 70.01 MMBO and gas production amounted to 532.85 BSCF or reached 109% and 106% from the production in 2009.
In May 2012, PT Pertamina (Persero) obtained an award from Indonesia Business Council for Suistainable Development (IBCSD), KADIN Indonesia and Global Initiatives in Indonesia Suistainable Business Awards (ISBA) 2012 in category of Industry Champion Energy.
