We are currently seeking:

Project Control & Electrical Engineer (PCEE)

Responsibilities:

• Controlling the progress of the project, ensuring resource availability and allocating the same, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, and reporting.
• Understand the operational process of engineering.
• Work with other engineers in a number of functions, including the design, purchase and use of machinery in a variety of engineering fields.
• Specialize in designing, developing, installing and maintaining engineering equipment.
• Ensure that the engineer systems work safely, efficiently and effectively.
• To track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-track.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (power distribution)
2. Good knowledge in design, development, testing and manufacturing engines, tools and electrical devises.
3. Able to design and develop new control systems, while having the ability to maintain existing systems.
4. Must be able to work individually and with design engineers and operational engineers.
5. Interpersonal skills are essential,
6. Be able to multitask and work with teams or groups
7. Be inventive and resilient
8. Willing to be placed on site in any areas of Indonesia.

Project Sales Engineer (PSE)
Work Location: Cilandak

Responsibilities:

• To maximize the sales of the company by wining new projects
• To ensure the commercial success by identifying new markets and business opportunities and following it up successfully.
• Understand Building, Hotel and Residential segments,
• Experienced to handle projects & maintain relationship with project mile
• Coordinate with other departments, such as accounts, purchasing and dispatch
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Scan the market for new projects
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how and why the company can meet consultant, contractor, and owner needs
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with contractors.
• Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target
• Liaise with other members of the sales team

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in selling field & good knowledge in salesmanship
3. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
4. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
5. Willingness to learn and work in a team of professionals.
6. Have good knowledge about sales procedures and merchant services
7. Be able to multitask and work with teams or groups
8. Be inventive and resilient
