Oil Palm Project Developer & Advisor
Job Location: JAKARTA | Deadline: 30 June 2012Responsibilities
- To scan general M&A market overview (Indonesian Oil Palm Plantation)
- To identify M&A targets
- To verify the initial valuation of the M&A target incl. preliminary site survey
- To conduct feasibility study for target oil palm plantation to be acquired
- To advise / develop oil palm plantation: from land clearing stage to plantation development
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Agriculture or related disciplines: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of agriculture
- 15 ~ 20 years relevant working experience: Minimum 5 years Oil palm field experience is required
- Experiences in acquisition of oil palm plantation
- Experience in data analysis work
- Experience in land clearance, plantation development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy is a must
STEEL SALES EXECUTIVE

- Sourcing steel products(Plate, Beam, Bar, HR, CR, GI, etc.) from overseas(Korea, China etc.) steel mills and supplying (import) them to customers in Indonesia
- Creating business with the steel stockist
- Supplying steel for engineering & construction projects in Indonesia
- Making an accurate research of the Indonesia steel market
- Developing new steel customers & business model in Indonesia
- Managing customers by providing timely information about markets & prices
- Male or Female, below 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Min. 1 year experience in steel sales, preferably in an Int’l Steel Trading Co.
- Have wide knowledge of Indonesia’s steel distribution market
- Strong human net-work
- Positive, ambitious and outgoing personality
- MS- Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese will be an advantage
