Hoka Hoka Bento was established in Jakarta on 18 April 1985, under license of a private company PT Eka Bogainti. The first restaurant was built in Kebun Kacang, Jakarta. As the leading Japanese fast food restaurant, we offer a healthy, wide variety, and hygienic Japanese food that is affordable. We also develop a cozy restaurant atmosphere. These principal make Hoka Hoka Bento the biggest “Japanese Fast Food” concept’s restaurant in Indonesia.

Hoka Hoka Bento expanded the Japanese Fast Food concept to Bandung. Until now, Hoka Hoka Bento has 17 stores that spread in various locations in Bandung.

Realizing the need of employees to support the development of the business, we Hoka-Hoka Bento open opportunities for the prospective candidate's positions as:

HR Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 35 years old / Max. 42 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience as HR Corporate Manager
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Maintenance Staff

Requirements:

• Male, age max. 28 years
• Education Min. STM / D3 Mechanical Engineering Department, Elektronic / Engine Cooling
• Experience min.1 th (STM) / Fresh Graduate (D3)
• Understanding electrical systems (electric motors, circuit analysis)
• Understand the production machine (show case, chiller and frozen)
• Can mengoprasikan computer (Ms. Office)
• Preferably have SIM C / SIM A
• Preferably experience as Maintenance Staff at the Company's food industry

Finance Staff (Treasury)

Requirements:

• Male maximum 28 years old
• Minimum Diploma from Accounting or financial, with GPA 3.00
• Having experience minimum 1 years in the same position
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Having good knowledge in treasury & basic financial
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills
• Having good attitude, initiative, and detail oriented
• Independent and able to work in as a team

Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Age, maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with GPA minimum 3.00
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Accounting Staff
• Have ability to high volume data entry skills
• Have experience in general ledger accounts coding
• Have ability to time management, organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in computer (Excel)
