Estimation Engineer (Mechanical)

Qualifications Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software
  • Good command of English written and spoken
Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Receives and evaluates tenders and enquirer
  2. Preparation of prime cost estimates, tenders in accordance with client requirements and risk analysis for justification of contingency if any for submission to management to apply mark up and arrive at tender submission price
  3. Prepares cost comparison sheets for all supply & Sub-contractor items
  4. Do pricing for the complete project as per company’s pricing format
  5. Attends to Internal Kick-Off Meeting & hand over all the contract documents to the Project team & clarifies all doubts, as and when required
Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications Required
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software
  • Good command of English written and spoken
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantity from Isometrics
  • Preparation of Invoices for Shop Fabricated items for unit rate Contracts
  • Preparation of Budgets, detailed Cost Plans & Performing Cost Control
  • Undertaking Cost Analysis for EPIC Works & assisting in establishing a client’s requirements for invoicing
  • Preparing Tender & Contract documents, including Bill of Quantities
  • Preparing & analyzing costing for Tenders
  • Providing advice on Contractual Claims
  • Valuing Completed work & arranging payments to sub-contractors
  • Developing knowledge relevant to Contract Conditions and their applications
