Business Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant discipline from reputable university
• Knowledge in Data Warehouse Development Live Cycle
• Minimum 2 years experienced in defining cube, measurements, dimensions, and its hierarchies.
• Good communication in English
• Good communication & negotiation skill

Database Administrator

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Oracle Database Administrator in a large complex environment.
• Experience in installing, configuring and upgrading Oracle database, primarily in Unix environments.
• Experience in defining, developing and managing scripts that enhance performance and reliability of Oracle DBMS environments, including thorough knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle 10g, 11g, SQL, PLSQL
• Skill in scripting and automating repetitive administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of Shell scripting using perl/sed/awk

Senior Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare correction journal
• Review & cross check balance : AR, Debit Note, AP, OP, Cash Advance, DP & AP Employee, Bank and Time Deposit
• Prepare & review notes of financial statements
• Filling and maintain completeness voucher & tax document
• Prepare tax document for auction

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Public Accountant Firm.
• Possesses a thorough knowledge in accounting
• Demonstrate understanding of Microsoft Office
• Obtain understanding for common tax regulatory

System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Together with Business Analyst lead the engagement with customers from initial gathering of solution requirements from customer
• Lead the design, testing including write acceptance test plan and integration plan
• Lead and work together with the software developers as a team
• Identify the gaps in solution, analyze then and if needed design, developer user interface modules and integrate/test them
• Analyzing and designing solution, and presenting solution proposal to assisting the creation of statement of work
• Do transfer knowledge
• Produce project related documentations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience as lead system analyst for Enterprise Application.
• At least 3 years experience in java development
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and skill in: J2EE, Oracle Database (10g/11g)
• Have design pattern, security, clustering and performance test knowledge
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge in java framework, Database design, SDLC, and SOA architecture
• Knowledge for Oracle ADF 10g, Oracle Application Server/WebLogic, Jasper Report, ApacheDS, and My SQL is a plus point
• Possess strong analytical thinking, initiative, adn ability to quickly adapt with a new and unique environtment

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage project, arrange project plan and project budget
• Coordinate and delegating job to team member

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience or background as project manager in IT company (Banking financial / Telco industry) understanding on IT manage services, infrastructure (data center, backup system, network) is preferred
• Experienced as Project manager for application development projects, system implementation projects, involving multiple platform system.
• Banking industry related experiences is advantage
• Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills are a must
• Project Management Certified (such as PMP) is an advantage
• Possess good knowledge of System Implementation Methodology
• Keep up to date with latest technology such as Web Services, SaS implemented in Java or .NET
• Must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.

Java Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop code, junit, continuous integration, code review, software design, project infrastructure start-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required good-attitude, fast-learner, high motivation, and good logical skill person.
• Required advanced skills on : Java SE & EE.
• Able to implement & setting : Oracle, DB2, My SQL Database.
• Able to implement & setting : Oracle, Websphere, Glassfish or web logic app-server.
• Able to implement & setting : JMS, Socket, Tapestry Or Struts, and Hibernate or JPA.
• Able to create project start-up from scratch.
• Able to create design document based on UML ( 60% coding and 40% design ).
• Have SCJP certified is an advantage.
