PT PLN Persero is the largest Indonesian state-owned (BUMN) electricity power service companies. The Company's corporate head office located in Jakarta and operated 47 business units accross Indonesia, consist of 6 units in Java Bali operation area, 9 units in West Indonesia operation area, 8 units in East Indonesia operation area, 6 units in services operation area, 12 units parent projects (UIP) and 6 units in PLN Generations (KIT).
PLN Persero also supported by 9 subsidiary companies. As of December 2010, the Company signed 34 EPC companies contracts which consist of 10 electricity power plants with aggregate capacity of 7,490 MW in Java – Bali and 24 electricity power plants with aggregate capacity of 2,031 MW outside Java – Bali.

- ED (Assistant Engineer in the field of Electric Power Distribution)
- EP (Assistant Engineer in the field of Power Plant)
Position For Diploma April 2012
- TDT (Junior Engineer in the field of Electric Power Distribution)
- TSO (Junior Engineer in the field of Electric Power System Operation)
- PNG (Junior Analyst in the Commercial Power)
- PKU (Junior Officer - Finance)
- PAS (Junior Officer - Administrative)
- PAK (Junior Officer - Accounting)
Requirements:
- Male, not married and willing not married during prajabatan training periode;
- Graduated S1/D4 or D3 from ITB or POLBAN with the age limit:
- Bachelor Degree: Birth in 1986 and thereafter
- Diploma: Birth in 1988 and thereafter
- Min GPA : Engineering min 2.75, non Engineering min 3.00
- Height min 155cm
- Glass eyes <-4 (maximum minus four) for ED, ES, EP, TDT, TSO
