PT Nestlé Indonesia is one of the biggest food and nutrition manufacturing company in Indonesia and operated as a part of Nestlé SA, the world largest food, nutrition, health and wellness company. In Indonesia, the Company incorporated in 1971 and supported by 2,600 employees. PT Nestlé Indonesia operated 3 factory manufacturing plants, located in Kejayan - East Java (operated since 1986), Panjang - Lampung (operated since 1976) and Cikupa - Banten (operated since 1998).

PT Nestlé Indonesia will operated its fourth factory located in Karawang - West Java in 2013. The Kejayan factory processing 700,000 liters of milk per day and produced milk product such as Dancow, Bear Brand, and Nestlé Dancow Ideal. The Panjang plants process around 10,000 tons of coffee every day to process instant coffee Nescafé. Cikupa factory in Banten to produce confectionery products such as Fox's and Polo.

Who are we looking for?

To excel in this environment you need to enjoy challenges, and have strong analytical and communication skills. Other essentials include:

• At least bachelor degree holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Sales, Technical, Human Resources); 3.5 (Supply Chain, Marketing, Fi­nance)
• Fresh graduates or expected to graduate in June 2012 or those with 0-1 year of working experience
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities (assuming leadership position)
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Strong personality and leadership qualities
• Desire to embark on a lifelong career
• A good understanding of the FMCG industry
