PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk is one of Indonesia’s oldest plantations companies, with a history dating back to 1911 when NV Hollandsch Amerikaanse Plantage Maatschappij opened its first rubber plantation in Kisaran, North Sumatra. In 1986, the company was acquired by Bakrie and Brothers and was subsequently renamed as PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations. The year 1990 marked another important milestone for the company when it was successfully listed on both the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) and Surabaya Stock Exchange (SSX).

Since its beginnings as a rubber plantation company, the company has grown and diversified to become one of the leading producers of both natural rubber and CPO in Indonesia. We are looking for highly qualified team member to fill in the positions as :

Maintenance Engineer (Code : ME)

Work Location: Bengkulu, Lampung, Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

• Supervises on site the maintenance activities based on work management process (Generate work requests and work orders; Plan work orders, assign resources on the work order and request spare parts) and spare parts management process (Monitor inventory and stock levels; Reorder, issue and return parts; etc)
• Maintain machine health, strategy, planning and scheduling of heavy equipment and maintain accurate site data for repair or services, part forecasting, warranties, etc

Requirements:

1. Male, max. 35 years old
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Machine or Industry Engineering or equivalent
3. Having experienced min. 2 years in similar position, preferably in mining or plantation industry will be advantage
4. Must have proven experience in developing and implementing Maintenance Generic Strategies and Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMRs / Job Plans)
5. Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties
6. Computer literate (Ms. Office); Fluent in both writing and speak English; Well administrative and paperwork
7. Willingness to be placed in Medan; Lampung; Bengkulu & relocated in any site

Civil Engineer (Code : CE)

Work Location: Bengkulu, Lampung, Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

• Supervises on site the construction activities based on the assignment to Infrastructure Head and ensure the design, planning and construction of all civil structures within the plantation premises, further ensure the setting up an effective and integrated infrastructure network in new plantation development

Requirements:

1. Male, max. 35 years old
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
3. Having experienced min. 2 years in similar position, preferably in mining or plantation industry will be advantage
4. Extensive exposure in large scale housing construction projects, non dwelling premises, structural drawings, planning, etc.
5. Thorough working knowledge in engineering & project management tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project etc
6. Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties
7. Computer literate (Ms. Office); Fluent in both writing and speak English; Well administrative and paperwork
8. Willingness to be placed in Medan; Lampung; Bengkulu & relocated in any site

Human Resources & General Affair (Code : HRGA)

Work Location: Bengkulu, Lampung, Sumatera Utara

Responsibilities:

• Performing day to day HR Development practice in order to support Company’s People Strategy, such as : Recruitment & Selection, ISO 9001, Training and handle other general HR & Industrial Relation activity

Requirements:

1. Male, max. 35 years old
2. Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology (Industry), Law or Management
3. Having experienced min. 2 years in similar position will be advantage
4. Ability to work closely with all level and combine HR concept and practical
5. Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties
6. Computer literate (Ms. Office); Fluent in both writing and speak English; Well administrative and paperwork
