Reporting & Planning Senior Manager
Work Location: DKI Jakarta-Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:
  • In charge of producing the financial management reports of the various activities and business units of the company with the following requirements : data accuracy, relevance of the analysis, and delivery on time.
  • Main reports are Detailed Sales, P&L, Review of Business Performance, Balance Sheet, Free Cash Flow, Capital Expenditures, Full Time Equivalent, Working Capital, Inventory, other KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Animates the financial forecasting exercices throughout the year (budgeting, landings, 3 year financial strategic plan) in coordination with all functions of the company.
  • Strives to improve the extent and depth of the country's follow-up of performance, by improving and creating new reporting process and tools.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
  2. Have 8-12 years experience with minimum 5 years in Finance in a Blue-Chip Company, on fields like Financial Control, Cost Control, Reporting and Budgeting. Possible prior exeperience in internal or external audit, business controll, or IT.
  3. Have knowledge and experience of Retail / Fast Moving Customer Goods is a pluss.
  4. Experience of an international company where English is the working language, and involving reporting to a Head Office.
  5. Skills set: controlling skills, leadership & management skills, IT skill, and project management.
  6. Rigorous, strong ethic, and have sense of details balanced with a sens of the priorities.
Audit & Compliance Senior Manager
Work Location: DKI Jakarta-Jakarta Selatan

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, propose, and deliver the audit and compliance annual planning to the audit committee.
  • Manage and supervise the audit and compliance activities, based on the audit and compliance annual planning.
  • Create the audit and compliance activities report, and deliver it to the Carrefour Group.
  • Create the monitoring report.about the work quality of the internal audit manager and compliance manager, related to the quality improvement of the audit and compliance process.
  • To create, propose, and deliver the audit and compliance annual planning to the audit committee, include the budget for audit and compliance activities.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum bachelor degree majoring in accounting.
  2. More than 8 years experience as internal or external auditor, 3 years as manager level.
  3. Good understanding on Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) from The Institute of Internal Auditor (The IIA).
  4. Good understanding on Financial Reporting Standrads (IFRS), Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), GCG principle, and Fraud examination knowledge
  5. Have professional certification of Risk Assessment and Internal Audit, such as CIA, CCSA, CPA.

Requirements:

  2.
