Development of Senoro Gas Field at Senoro-Toili block PSC JOB (Upstream) and construction of LNG Plant in Banggai (Downstream).

Objective
To commercialise the 167.66 MMBOE of contingent gas resources of Senoro field and explore direct gas sales and working alliances with potential international downstream customers. At the same time to gain experience in constructing and operating LNG facilities, as well as gas transportation.

Participating Interest Holders

Upstream (Senoro-Toili block PSC JOB) – Operated by Pertamina-Medco Tomori JOB:

• MedcoEnergi - 30%
• Mitsubishi - 20%
• Pertamina - 50%

Downstream (LNG Plant) – Operated by PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG):

• Sulawesi LNG Development Ltd 59.9% (Mitsubishi Corp. 75%, Kogas 25%)
• Pertamina Energy Services Pte Ltd 29%
• PT Medco LNG Indonesia 11.1%

Commitment

Upstream:

• To supply 250 Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day (MMCFD) of gas for 15 years contract period starting in second semester of 2012 to liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant which will be constructed by DSLNG.
• The gas price will be tied to Japan Crude Cocktail (JCC), pursuant to Head of Agreement for sales and purchase of gas signed in August 2008.

Downstream:

• To develop, construct and operate an LNG Plant with production capacity of approximately two million tons per annum, located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, which utilized gas from Senoro field and four fields in Matindok Block, which is operated solely by Pertamina.

Project Milestones

Upstream:

• GSA signed on January 22, 2009
• Complete drilling on Senoro-6;
• Prepare drilling of Cendanapura-1 well;
• Reserve assessment by GCA completed;
• Final Investment Decision Approved on January 24th, 2011;
• Change of working interest-ownership from 50% to 30% on January 31st, 2011;
• Received US$260mn from the 20% sale to Mitsubishi;
• Financing – negotiations with commercial banks

Downstream:

• Final Investment Decision Approved
• Dilution Agreement has been signed on December 31st, 2010 and upon its effectiveness will change the shares-ownership from 20% to 11.1%;
• Secured US$120mn loan facility from Mitsubishi for financing

Senoro Petro Physicist (Jakarta - Site)

Position Description

• Plan well data acquisition programs in line with well and business objectives
• Liaise and work with London BU (Business Unit)-based petrophysicist
• Liaison with core, log and LWD data acquisition contractors, before and during acquisition and in post-well interpretation phase
• Coordinate appropriate well-site witness work for specialist runs
• Deliver post-well standard interpretation
• Liaise with partners and Sonagol on petrophysical/core issues
• Take a proactive role in the extended organisation and facilitate
• federal connectivity into the office
• Aid the integrated full field reservoir description models which take full account of log, core and seismic data as well as dynamic pressure and water movement data
• Manage core and fluid analysis programs at home country/UK-based labs
• Populate and maintain corporate and project well databases
• Be part of the team well planning effort
• Become involved in surveillance petrophysics on project startup
• Provide leadership in health, safety, and environment (HSE); this is an important and key requirement and focus for the individual

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Geosciences or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years experience in related job
