People Development Officer - (CTI)

Requirements :

• Single and max 26 years old
• Good looking
• Min bachelor degree from psychology or Human Resources Management with min GPA 2,75.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or have an experiences in recruitment min 1 year.
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skill
• Easy to adaptation

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct Recruitment process (Search candidate, screening CV, Arrange psychological and interview schedule, conduct psychological test refer to schedule, conduct interview candidates, score & summarize psychological and interview result, give recommendation, proposed screened candidates to supervisor HR and approval, arrange interview with user.
2. Make progress recruitment process report.
3. Maintain communication with user
