PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara ("BIB"), Kuansing Inti Makmur ("KIM") and Trisula Kencana Sakti ("TKS"). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Infrastructure Manager (Code: IFM)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 year experience in Mining Industry
• Having experience to handle projects: Construction, Hauling Road, Coal Port, Stockpile, Bridge, etc.
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Work Location in Jakarta with Frequently Site Visit

Mine Plan Section Head (Code: MPS)

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Coal Mining Industry
• Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
• Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
• A very good understanding of Minescape, Xpac, and Talpac mining software
• Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Possess "Pengawas Operational Pratama" certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition
• Based Jakarta

Production Section Head (Code: PSH)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

Geo Modeling Section Head (Code: GMS)

Requirements:

• 4Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering
• Minimum of 5 year experiences in geology modeling in coal mining industry
• Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad and Minescape
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed on site: Kalimantan Selatan

Pit QC Section Head (Code: QCS)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Minimum 4 Year site experience as Coal Quality Control
• Able to operating software Minescape
• Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium
• High Level of initiative and results oriented
• Willing to be placed in site: South Kalimantan

Mine Geologist Section Head (Code: MGS)

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology
• Minimum 5 Year experience as Geologist in coal mining Industry
• Having "Pratama" Certification is preferable
• Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter

SHE Section Head (Code: SSH)

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
• In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed on site: Jambi
